Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use MogForge, including its optional accounts, saved outfits, public links, Community gallery and voting features. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the Community Guidelines.

Who may use MogForge

You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to agree to these terms. If local law requires parental or guardian consent, you may use the service only with that consent. MogForge is not directed to children under 13.

Independent service

MogForge is an independent fan-made service. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Blizzard Entertainment and does not provide Battle.net sign-in. Never enter your Battle.net password into MogForge.

Accounts

An account is optional for browsing, building, previewing, exporting and creating an unlisted share link. An account is required to save outfits, publish to the Community gallery and vote. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity performed through your account. Use an email address you control so you can verify the account and recover access.

Your outfits and Community posts

You keep any rights you have in names or original material you submit. When you publish an outfit, you give MogForge a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to store, reproduce and display the submitted name, outfit configuration, character configuration and generated preview image for operating and promoting the Community gallery. This permission ends when the post is deleted, except for temporary backups and copies already shared outside MogForge.

You may publish only content you are allowed to share. Do not use names or configurations to impersonate others, disclose personal information, infringe rights, advertise unrelated services or communicate unlawful, hateful, threatening or sexually explicit material.

Moderation

MogForge may unlist or delete Community content, restrict voting, suspend an account or terminate access when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect users, comply with law or protect the service. Reports are reviewed in context and do not guarantee removal. You may contest a moderation decision through Send feedback; include the affected outfit link and the decision you want reviewed.

Acceptable use

Do not attack, overload, scrape, reverse engineer or circumvent access controls or rate limits; automate votes or account creation; test stolen credentials; distribute malware; or use the service in a way that harms other visitors. Ordinary search-engine indexing and normal browser use are allowed.

Availability and accuracy

MogForge is a beta service provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Catalogue data, source information, character models, recommendations and exports may be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate. Features may change or be removed, and temporary downtime can occur. Always verify important acquisition details in the game.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, MogForge is not responsible for indirect losses, lost game time, purchases, missed drops, account actions by third parties or decisions based on incomplete catalogue data. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and termination

You may stop using MogForge at any time and can delete your account from the Account window. These terms may be updated as the beta develops. Material changes will be identified by a new effective date. Continued use after an update means the updated terms apply.
